Tech Practice provides AI-powered image and video generation services, including but not limited to:

• Text-to-image generation
• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-image transformation
• Style transfer and artistic effects
• Custom model fine-tuning

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person or entity
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that violates intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people
• Create content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Generate adult or sexually explicit content involving minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models
• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our services, subject to these terms:

• You grant us a license to store and process your content
• You warrant that your prompts and inputs don't infringe third-party rights
• Generated content may be subject to usage restrictions
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies

6. Payment and Credits

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to generate content
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits may expire after a specified period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tech Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Non-payment of fees

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
